Chief Stephanie Bastin was awarded the KACP Chief of the Year at our 2010 Annual Conference in Bowling Green Kentucky. Chief Bastin has performed exceptionally well as she transformed the Kentucky State University Police Department into a professional agency. She is admired by piers and associates for her outstanding leadership qualities and is more than deserving of this honor. It is with great pleasure that our Association Members bestow this most prestigious award. Congratulations Stephanie!
